CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY: cancellations and or rescheduling appointments must be done 24 hours prior to appointment. Failing to do so will result in a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee,… If this fee is not paid it will result in no longer be allowed to book with me. Please note if you don’t message me or let me know that you will not be at your appointment it is considered a “no-show” which will result in having to pay 100% of the service scheduled. Please note that if you cancel or reschedule within less than the 24hr window the card on file will charged. LATE POLICY: Please inform me if you are running late, You have a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled, cancelled if you have to cancel my cancellation policy will be put in place. please understand that I run on a very set schedule with appointments back to back meaning you have to be to your appointment at the set time you booked! However certain incorrect booking can set back appointments due to timing or may even result in your own appointment loss. * If you need a removal it MUST be booked, if you arrive to your appointment needing a removal and didn’t book one this may result in appointment loss due to timing. * In the case that I have time to squeeze in a removal, you will be charged an additional $10 fee to the appointment for squeezing in an additional service. REFUND POLICY: There will be NO refunds after the service is rendered.
